We are able to offer property inspections to the property. This is particularly useful for landlords who are unable or would prefer not to visit the property during a tenancy or agents who are unable to attend.
The inventory clerk can arrange appointment via the landlord/agent or directly with the tenant. The visit will consist of a general inspection of the property. The Clerk will have a copy of the initial inventory and will record the cleanliness and condition of the property at the time of inspection. This report will have detailed photographs which provides an insight to how the property is being looked after by the tenant
Again, this report can be emailed to all parties instantaneously if required.
Property inspections can be quarterly, yearly or as a one off.
Our services are entirely flexible. We can attend appointments made by yourselves, or we can arrange directly with the tenant, whichever is more convenient.
When empty, at times, a fully managed property, requires a condition check. We go and visit the property and report back on its condition. From a security point of view, to noting the cleanliness and state of the garden, we can help to ensure the property is in the best condition for showing and, hopefully re-letting.
PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. INTERIM INSPECTIONS CAN IDENTIFY PROBLEMS OR MAINTENANCE ISSUES BEFORE THEY BECOME COSTLY.
